Leave roasts on rack/shelves in the cool room for 24 hours to thaw.
Once thawed, you have 10 days to cook and servere in the deli.
WHOLE CARTON
Move the entire carton from the freezer & transfer to the cool room.
Roasts will be ready in 96 hours, mark that date & time on flyer
Leave carton in the cool room for 96 hours (4 days) to thaw.
Once thawed, you have 10 days to cook and serve in the deli.
